TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Tuition fee 
We will set up auto-invoicing for each student.  Invoice must be paid before the start of each payment cycle (one month).  Vancouver classes are $68.25/hr for academic class, $57.75/hr for non-academic, and $73.50/hr for high school academic.  Richmond classes are $63.00/hr for academic class, $57.75/hr for non-academic, and $68.25/hr for high school academic.  Prices are INCLUSIVE of 5% GST.  
We accept cash, cheques, and e-transfer, as well as WeChat Pay.  Please note there is an additional 1.5% charge on top for Wechat Pay.  For etransfer payments, please send to thelearningcloudyvr@gmail.com.

2. Cancellation Policy
There is strictly NO refund on any course fees paid. If you need to cancel a class, you MUST give us 24 hours notice via the Tutorbird Portal.  If a class is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, it will be considered a missed class. A missed classes cannot be rescheduled, and you will still be charged the full class fee.  NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have an emergency or an urgent matter, under our discretion we can make an exception for you.

3. Reschedule a CLASS
If you need to reschedule a class, they are to be made at least 24 hours in advance.  (Please refer to 2)

4. No Shows
For any missed class without 24 hours notice will be charged as a regular class. If the student arrives late, we cannot accommodate a full hour and class must end at your regular allotted class time.  If the student misses two consecutive classes without any notice, they will be taken off the schedule completely.

5. Pick up and Drop Off
All parents must drop off their child(ren) no more than 5 minutes early for class. Pick-ups MUST be done ON TIME. If you know you are going to be late, you MUST notify us prior to when class ends, or a charge of $5 will start after the 15-minute mark. Parents are not permitted to stay in the center while students are attending class.  If parents arrive early, please wait at the available benches in the hallway.

6. Behaviour Policy
Students should conduct themselves in a respectful manner with both fellow students and instructors alike. Students are asked to respect the work and space of other students as well as the center environment. Students and parents are asked to speak quietly while class is in session.

7. Photography and Videography
The Learning Cloud Ltd. reserves the right to use photographic and videographic material for advertising and promotional purposes. If you do not want your child, yourself or a family member photographed, please let us know by email.

8. CLASS TERMINATION
If you do not wish to continue classes, please let me know 2 weeks before the end of your payment cycle.  If you do not finish your classes within the period, there are no refunds, but you have 1 year to use up your remaining classes.

9. HOLIDAYS
Please note that we are open all holidays, except for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
